From London to Cape Town – A Photographer’s Journey
International Photographer Cape Town. My photography career began formally at the Institute of Professional Photography in London, where I earned my Professional Photography Diploma in 2009. Since then, I have worked across multiple continents, building a body of work that spans wildlife, motorsport, luxury travel, property, and commercial campaigns.
Based in Somerset West in the Western Cape, I have spent over 14 years developing a methodical, assignment-driven approach to photography. Every project I take on is treated as a unique brief — researched, planned, and executed with precision.
International Photography Experience
Over the years, I have worked on assignments across Europe and Asia, with projects completed in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, and Singapore.
My editorial work has been published in The Road, a UK motorcycle magazine, and I have covered events for UK newspaper clients. My travel photography has featured in GuideGecko Travel Photo Guides, distributed digitally via Kindle and iPhone to an international audience.
This range of international experience, from editorial and event coverage to destination travel guides, gives me a practical understanding of what different clients need and how to deliver it across varied locations and conditions.
How the Process Works
Every engagement starts with a free consultation. I take time to understand your brief, your audience, and your intended use for the images. From there, I provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. Once confirmed, I handle all logistics, travel, and on-location execution, delivering fully edited, high-resolution images within the agreed timeframe.
Whether you are based in Cape Town, London, Amsterdam, or anywhere else in the world, distance is not a barrier. I am available for video consultations and can mobilise quickly for time-sensitive assignments.
